Origin and Production:
We source our organic bilberry fruit powder is from organic farmers. They are harvested by hand in remote areas and forests certified for organic cultivation. The berries are gathered wild and then carefully cleaned to retain their full aroma and texture. After harvesting, the bilberries are sun-dried and finally the powder is carefully processed from the dried bilberries, in extremely hygienic conditions, ensuring its high quality.
The bilberry fruit powder is pressure treated and controlled in Austria. During the pressure process, the combination of pressure and time ensures that the product is completely free of pests.
